Capital Improvements include Citywide planned capital and maintenance projects listed in the City’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget. The General Fund serves as a discretionary funding source for projects aligned with City Council goals, including those without dedicated funding or requiring grant matches. These projects focus on enhancing City-owned facilities, stormwater infrastructure, and libraries, guided by a long-term facility maintenance plan.
