The Thousand Oaks Library Department’s mission is to inspire, inform, and engage the community through accessible resources, enriching programs, and welcoming spaces. The City-owned library system includes the Grant R. Brimhall Library in Thousand Oaks and the Newbury Park Branch Library, serving residents with a collection of over 353,000 items and a wide range of services.
